Common Questions

What happens if a customer doesn't pay?

We absorb 100% of default risk. Your capital is protected by our balance sheet. You fund our operating ledger, not individual customers.

How are returns calculated?

Returns are based on term length: 4% for 30-60 days, 6% for 61-180 days, 8% for 181-364 days. Rate is locked when your capital is allocated.

When do I get paid?

When all customer installments for a funded purchase complete, your principal plus return is automatically deposited to your account.

Can I withdraw at any time?

You can withdraw available (unlocked) funds anytime. Funds allocated to active purchases are locked until the installment plan completes.
